Masu is about five foot and eight inches tall and weighs around one hundred and twenty six inches. She has a light skin tone with white hair that's often tied into a ponytail with a black, but can be released and all out. When all out, her hair reaches up to her waist. She doesn't have much muscle in her legs and arms and rather has a petite build, but often because of this observation she's seen as slow, but really she's agile. One of her unique traits is a flower that's sewed into her right eye socket, hence her alias "White Flower". Next to that is her red eye, which is give or take is her natural eye color.
Masu's outfit consists of a white dress with two strings that expose her chest and splits in half, starting from her exposed midriff and stops wear her pelvis is. The dress also came along with two white detached sleeves and black rims by the shoulders. She also wears a stash that hangs on her neck and is joined by her left shoulder. Masu also has a half cloak that hangs over her left shoulder. She has on a metal glove on her left hand and a black string tied around her right arm.
Personality: Masu is a very professional woman who keeps straight face at all times. She shows extreme loyalty to the Raikage and is willing to sacrifice anything she has to her. In order to play in the same field with the Raikage, Masu must learn to be ruthless, yet calculative. She may be just an adviser to the Raikage, but Masu sees herself as an important asset for the Raikage's cause including battles. Masu can keep her cool, but can easily lose it in a matter of seconds if she's too pissed off. Anyone who disrespects the kage or even the village will suffer the wrath of Masu. A common misconception of her is that she's serious all the time, which isn't really a misconception at all. It can be said that Masu can be uptight and stiff when it comes to socializing, but she'll learn along the way.
History: Masu is a powerful shinobi, but her journey of course was no easy test. Her family struggled financially. For the most part, she was the head of her family and was the only one to help her parents. She was a late child, so her parents weren't able to fully support her as she grew up. Masu remembered that her mother gave her a white flower that was meant to be a good luck charm for her journey. Masu found it beautiful, therefore would keep it on her at all times. Unfortunately with illness slowly catching up to them, Masu knew she needed to become the provider of her family. She would play the role of a thief, often sneaking into homes for food and stores for medicine. She would either succeed in getting away or get beaten up for it. She was lucky enough for her battle scars to clear up as she grew older. When she was little, it was assumed that Masu was abused by her parents when that was far from the case. Masu would do everything she could to make sure her parents were safe and healthy.
However, this didn't interfere too much with her studies in the academy and her shinobi life in general. She was deemed to be one of the strongest students, gifting her the respect she deserved. Masu managed to graduate at 12 years old. Surprisingly, it was her worst day yet. Just when she was returning home in the middle of the night, she was ambushed by two young bandits who fortunately had no shinobi experience. She did, sadly, managed to lose her right eye. When she returned home, her parents were speechless at their injured daughter, was unable to do nothing. They also didn't have the money for her to get eye surgery. Masu did have an idea that deemed her odd. She cut off the stem of the flower her mother gave her and manually stitched the head of the flower to her right eye. She got many odd looks from onlookers and even her own team, but she managed to get by it.
At 22 years old, Masu was an elite jounin. It was a time where she managed to get her life together and was finally able to take care of not only herself but also her parents. Unfortunately, it was the same time when her parents have passed away. Depression hit Masu like a boulder; she didn't know what to do nor knew what to say. The only thing she was able to do was to mourn for months for her parents' death. Just a month later after her parents' death, she received a letter from the Raikage herself appointing her as the new adviser of the village.

Masu stared at her family pictures in her bedroom while sitting in bed as wrenching feeling churning all over inside her stomach. There she was, where she looked "normal". Without the flower. Everyone looked happy, even Masu herself who has recently became more depressed and drastic. "Why..." She whispered to herself as she felt a hand tighten into a fist. "Why do I have to be the unfortunate one?" It was a question that was asked every single day ever since she was a child. Masu used to cry every night, praying that something miraculous would happen. And of course, it did. She managed to fight through the financial struggles and managed to become an elite. If only her parents lived longer to celebrate.
Masu got up from her bed and walked out. It was midnight when most people would sleep. Not for Masu. Ever since her parents died, she wasn't able to sleep at all. She feared of nightmares from guilt; guilt that Masu didn't deserve. She went downstairs and slowly approached the windows of the living room and stared outside of them. A heavy sigh was made as she crossed her arm. Masu could feel herself about to yawn, but she stopped herself from doing so. She couldn't remember the last time she's gotten any sleep, but she was used to it.
That was when she saw, from the corner of her left eye, a letter slip through the bottom door crack. Although, she wasn't able to actually spot who slipped the letter under her door. Moving over to the letter, she then picked it up and opened it, showing that she was invited into the Raikage's office to become appointed as the new adviser...
