Saizo is an Uchiha, and with that distinct clan comes the features that go with. Much alike all the other members of his clan, this Uchiha has the raven black hair that looks messy, unkempt, and tied into a ponytail to keep out of his way. His eyes are a shade of grey, not the usual black that most Uchiha are known for. On his right ear are a couple of piercings that hold two golden earrings meant for flair, something he's quite known for. His archetype is lean and athletic, giving him a faster but yet still strong body to make quick work of anyone standing in his way. He also has a sharp jawline that gives him an attractive look towards anyone that hopes to win him over.
While Saizo does have the usual Uchiha attire, he's not often seen wearing it anymore. During these times, being an Uchiha is often dangerous and information that could harm rather than help. Since this is unfortunately the case, Saizo is more often seen wearing a white shirt with white robes over the top of them. The robes have a hood on the top to keep his face from immediate view which eventually helped with his alias. His pants are perfectly fitted and connect to the matching shoes. He also has a black belt to help keep his pants in place, but it's usually out of view because of the man's love for robes.
Personality: Saizo is an extremely shady and deceitful individual, but with enough finesse his fake exterior comes off as sincere. His deception runs so deep that he even keeps those he deem "close" guessing as to what his true goal really is. He is often doing and completing actions for his own benefit rather than the benefit of his village. He is still stuck in the pre-village mind set where if nothing is beneficial to him, he finds it hard to even pull forth effort to accomplish the task given to him. Despite the obvious reoccurring conflict between village and his own interests, Saizo still managed to gain a high ranking position as the head of the Jounin in the village.
Saizo's personality leaves him with a small sense of leadership. He has no interest or need to protect others when they can get in the way of his goals and ambitions. This would also make him an incapable squad leader in the sense of teamwork. Although he is incapable of leading when he doesn't want to, if his interest is piqued in an individual or more he will issue commands to test them and use them as guinea pigs. The amount of effort he puts into manipulation however, is insurmountable. He is constantly trying to outsmart and twist someone else's mind regardless of who they are. Genjutsu often helps with this aspect, placing suggestions in their minds that can either alter small details or drag on an ongoing genjutsu that later turns the tide.
History: Before the villages were made, Saizo was at a young age being raised by both of his parents. The constant struggling between the clan and outside clans left his family's attention divided and focused on war. As such, he was raised to protect himself and others if need be during his childhood. He began to prove himself capable and adept at handling small tasks like guarding the clan village while they set out and eventually began to take care of more difficult tasks. He was often the one to linger in offensives. He picked off those that were out of line tearing away at the enemy's defenses one strike at a time. These guerrilla tactics kept him on his toes and sharp which would later come in handy.
The only times shown to fail or waver were when Saizo's parents were killed. His mother dying first at the hands of a Senju left him misguided and torn. He was no longer an innocent kid with exceptional talents, but a shinobi fueled by hate. When his father died of a disease speculated to be an assassination, any part of the old Saizo had gone. His curiosity managed to stick with him throughout time, but his world views were distorted and twisted. There was no meaning to life, no purpose in doing anything but for your own means and enjoyment. This made the Uchiha dangerous, unpredictable, and more invigorated than ever. With nothing holding him from doing as he pleased, he became a shinobi of worthy status in The Village Hidden in the Leaves.
As he grew older and thrived in the hidden village, his prowess and values that were no longer bound by morality gifted him a higher status than most. His tendency to manipulate and toy with his opponents earned him the moniker "Gleaming Demon". A hidden face with the only visual features being the crimson red orbs of the Sharingan and a smirk that signified amusement. He was often tasked with information gathering and espionage but used those missions as a means of spreading his network. Nothing was tying him down in this world, not even the village he resided in. Any form of attachment could just be another ploy of his to get what he needs. There is no purpose other than self fulfillment for Saizo. "Eye of Insight"
1. The user can see chakra, giving it color in order to distinguish it by its composition and source. Though not as capable in this regard as the Byakugan, it can see chakra through some (but not all) obstructions.
2. The user is granted incredible clarity of perception, enabling them to read lips or mimic something like pencil movements. In combat, this allows them to see fast-moving objects and, once fully developed, offers some amount of predictive capabilities: they can anticipate an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept. Although a Sharingan user can see these things, they also need the physical ability to actually act on the visual information.
3. The user is able to copy almost any jutsu they see, memorizing ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy. They can then either perform that jutsu or modify it to suit their needs. Again, Sharingan users need the prerequisite abilities before they can mimic a jutsu they have seen, and for that reason they cannot, for example, reproduce kekkei genkai abilities they do not have or nature transformations they haven't learned to perform.
"Eye of Hypnotism"
1. The user can perform what is generically called Genjutsu: Sharingan. While there are various manifestations and purposes of the ability, the better known one is to, through eye contact, suggest thoughts and actions to a target, coercing them to divulge information or act in a particular way, potentially without the target's awareness. In extreme cases, the Sharingan user can take complete control of the target's body, forcing them to do exactly as the controller wishes; this control is visually indicated by the Sharingan's design appearing in the target's eye. The Uchiha are particularly infamous for using this ability on the Nine-Tails, and in fact can enter its or another tailed beasts' jinchūriki's subconscious to more precisely control the beast's chakra. Multiple targets can be taken control of in this way, though the more divided the user's attention is, the easier it is for targets to escape this control.
2. In addition to these abilities there are two actual jutsu that a Sharingan user can perform: Izanagi allows the user to warp reality for a short time, changing reality into illusion and illusion into reality, thus escaping death and rewriting destiny; Izanami traps the victim in an infinite loop disregarding the target's five senses, specifically designed as a reprimand for those who would abuse Izanagi. Use of either ability causes the Sharingan with which it is performed to be blinded afterwards, and for that reason the Uchiha classified them as kinjutsu.

RP Sample: Saizo sat above the two, perched on the boulder made of their own accord with his hood drawn to cover his face. His burning red eyes pierced the darkness that covered the landscape and reached the two ninja below him. His smirk could be seen through the night as well, blatantly displaying why he was known as the "Gleaming Demon". It was once said that the Uchiha were so powerful that anyone that came into contact with one should run using any means necessary. It seemed the tales were true, at least for these two shinobi. Their last ditch effort would be to abandon their mission and return from which they came from. Something Saizo had no intention of allowing them to do. A couple hand seals would produce ash from the barrels of his lungs that lurched forward with the breeze of the wind. The shinobi's first reactions would be to leap back to keep away from the potentially hazardous jutsu. In reality, it was but a diversion.
More handseals would be brought forth after the smoke to create a clone made from water that poured out of his mouth. A single nod and the clone leaped down below to chase after the duo. Giving the clone some time, Saizo waited before igniting the ash with a pair of kunai's sparks from scraping against one another. The explosion sent forth flames that engulfed the dense forest the ash once occupied, creating a hazardous and chaotic environment. This environment allowed Saizo to manipulate the two into thinking they were running in the wrong directions causing them to run in circles. When they first looked into the eyes of the Sharingan, Saizo embedded a genjutsu that changed small details of the environment to look the same. Their flee had failed.
From one of the shinobi's point of view, Saizo had rushed the two from behind and managed impale his partner in the back. The shinobi returned the favor and slashed Saizo from behind with his katana, but something was wrong. The katana sank into Saizo but what came pouring out was water, not blood. The shinobi's face contorted into horror as he realized how it seemed like Saizo had traversed through the flames without so much as a single burn. The clone's hand snapped forward and gripped the shinobi's throat while the other reached into one of the pockets on the shinobi's flak jacket. A paper was pulled out of the pocket that was immediately held out to the side that was met by another hand. Another clone of Saizo's grabbed onto the parchment and body flickered away. Using the water from the clone itself, Saizo while still sitting atop the boulder watching how things were playing out, created a water prison that encased the shinobi.
More handseals appeared to let out a wave with a force to wash away both the burning forest and the shinobi below with significant ease. If the shinobi lived, he would just be another fortunate experiment that could possibly return in the near future.
