Kenkonken ケンコンケン
(lit. Heaven and Earth Fist)
Its name does not falsely boast this fighting style's power; the majority of its techniques are of not only incredible difficulty, but also of tremendous power.
Kenkonken is the controlled use of raw power throughout hand-to-hand combat. When such a concept is given before an expert in the subject, the idea of swinging one's power around in a fight is more than laughable. One cannot truly express the full strength of a punch without sacrificing their control over the attack, which is a devastating mistake made by arrogant brawlers that often leads to their downfall. Precision over power.
However, this style focuses in developing both fields; retaining amazing power as well as control over their bodies. This is namely done by pushing their bodies to the limit, namely in the muscles with the most direct control of their joints. Sudden, powerful snap-like explosions of force in these very limited areas provide enough strength to deal a great amount of damage while keeping the force limited to a small enough area to retain a decent fighting stance.
It is often considered the chakra-less chakra enhanced strength, as powerful attacks and movements can be performed by mere movements. The major drawback to these techniques is the degree of difficulty performing them is, which often acts as a double-edged sword to opponents. Those who know do not possess the joints strong enough to withstand these sudden bursts of action will find themselves spraining wrists and twisting ankles, making this style almost impossible to mimic on the spot.

Description: A technique the focuses solely on the strength of one's hand and wrist. The user will simply place a hand on the opponent's body in whatever fashion they please, before a sudden vice grip will be made on the area touched. The strength is usually quite brutal, as fingers may dig into the flesh and will make the bones beneath creak from strain. This acts as a great way to keep a hold on an opponent, no matter how soft or slippery one may be. The grip is like a steel trap, making it practically impossible for those who aren't stronger than its user to escape the hold.
If the user is of extraordinary strength, they can even use this technique to simply crush the bones of the opponent within their grasp, making this technique a death sentence if placed firmly around their neck. With the speed at which this grip is made, knowledge of an opponent possessing such a technique is sure to deter an enemy from letting his or herself be touched.
Lastly, the technique carries with it a true shinobi's farewell. It is said that if one performs the technique just before they pass, even after death, their hold will remain as strong as ever. This is due to the powerful exertion on these wrist muscles which, when held out long enough, can severely cramp and lock into place.
Disadvantages: The major drawback to these techniques is the degree of difficulty performing them is, which often acts as a double-edged sword to opponents. Those who know do not possess the joints strong enough to withstand these sudden bursts of action will find themselves spraining wrists and twisting ankles, making this style almost impossible to mimic on the spot.

Description: A mind-blowing way of navigating a contained battlefield in a fashion almost impossible to keep up with. The trick to this technique lies in focusing one's strength into the well-honed ankles of its user. By performing a sudden burst of strength when flexing said ankle, the user can launch themself as far as twenty meters in a single direction in the time-frame of a blink. With the amount of focus on pure strength this technique requires, it is almost impossible to perform any other strenuous action while doing this without completely hampering both actions. This technique is most advantageous when used while walking, as one's eyes will become adjusted to the posture of the user casually walking, with the change in ankle movements being so minute that the onlooker's eyes are greatly thrown off. Those of great strength and/or weight can use this technique to simply plow through most natural obstacles and topple those that get in the way.

Description: A devastating Taijutsu technique that can definitely mean the end of an opponent's life if they are struck true. The user will attack with a fist or a spearhead-like jab of the hand, aiming to drive either weapon into the opponent. Unlike a normal strike, the bottom of the arm will be facing upward. This starting attack needs only speed and accuracy, as it must connect with the opponent.
Once connected, the user's hand fill most likely be slightly embedded in the target's flesh, just enough to slightly crater around their appendage. A sudden monstrous twisting of their wrist will occur, and embedded hand will work to rend both flesh and bone surrounding the strike zone. This creates a prominent torn hole completely through whatever is struck, generally the diameter of a dinner plate. If used on a limb, the entire appendage can be separated with one quick snap of the wrist. This technique can also be used against hardened stone and basic metals, aiming to tear through solid defenses with sheer force.

Description: A great way to counter moves, aside from diverting their force, is to repel the brunt of an impact with an equal or greater force. Niau makes use of that idea, having its user anticipate and match any and all strikes made by the opponent. However, instead of using full, powerful swings, the Kenkonken holder will make use of their insanely strong joints. With great amounts of force behind each slight twitch-like, resisting movement, the user can appear to have been standing still throughout an entire onslaught, as if the opponent's strikes had done nothing at all. In reality, they would be quickly matching each and every hit delivered to them with a quick, powerful resisting movement. Once the attack is canceled out, the user can deliver a counter attack, or perform a secondary monstrous muscle twitch to send the opponent flying away.
This technique only truly works against physical attacks around its rank and lower; incredibly strong, single solid strikes can be attempted to be blocked, but most of the time they can find their way through this defense and strike true. Note that though the damage is lessened slightly, a powerful enough onslaught can still inflict grievous wounds.

Description: A rather evolved form of Mon. The user will bypass the Kenkonken's law of using controlled attacks by delivering a full-swinging punch. As it is a full swing, which can throw the user off balance if missed, this technique is only used when a true strike is almost fully guaranteed. This punch is no ordinary strike, as one may guess; it makes use of the explosive contraction and extension of joints to fuel its power.
The first step lies within the shoulder, where the arm and torso meet. A rotating motion, the swinging of the punch as one may call it, will start here, shotgunning the fist into the enemy as the user rotates their body.
The second step lies in the elbow, which will extend as the shoulder rotates towards the opponent. This works to solidify the powerful impact that's generated from the shoulder movement, while adding even greater force to the swing.
The third and final step is the rotation of the wrist as the user punches, taking the combined forces of the shoulder and elbow, and centralizing the momentum with the turning of their wrist.
When all three steps are performed at once, a triad of devastating forces come together to form a single, destructive impact. The centralization of the force causes all of the energy to travel in a straight line, delivering a steel-obliterating fist into whatever poor soul happens to get in its way. The twist at the end of the punch also creates a rather imbalanced shifting force, destroying the physical integrity of even the strongest of solid objects. Such force has been seen to travel over twenty meters through a solid object, being able to topple entire buildings with a single punch. Those struck by this technique head on have little hope of remaining alive and, if sent flying away, can kill several other people as the victims act as unfortunate projectiles.
Another common use for this is on the earth below the user, the twisting motion gnarling the surrounding earth, compressing and uprooting boulders and jagged chunks of stone all around them in a ten meter radius. It works wonders to deliver a surprise attack from beneath a number of opponents surrounding the user, not to mention generate a sudden defense against rather hefty ranged attacks.

Kenkonken ケンコンケン
(lit. Heaven and Earth Fist)
Yonmeiyaku 四盟
(lit. Four Oathes)
These techniques of the Kenkonken are considered the most powerful, not to mention the hardest to master. The only true testament of worthiness to wield any of the three is to have mastered at least one Kenkonken technique for each rank. These jutsu are each a representation of the teachings the Kenkonken brings to its users incarnate, pushing their user's body to the utmost limit. The use of these jutsu are not to destroy or defend, but to enlighten those who witness it with the knowledge of the true power the human body can achieve through its three key principles; strength, focus, and control.

Description: Following the same principles as Hashago, as well as requiring one masters the parent technique to attempt this, the user will put all of their force into flexing every possible muscle within their body to the highest of degrees, crossing their arms before their chest. When struck while performing this, one may assume the user has become as strong as a steel wall from the severe compaction. Upon releasing the compressed muscle, the sudden build up and release of monstrous force will be exerted in every direction from the user's body. However, unlike Hashago, the force behind this exertion is several hundred times greater than before.
The ground surrounding the user, be it made of earth or steel, will be utterly pulverized into dust. In this variant, the force released from the body that isn't connected to the ground will also create a powerful airborne shockwave as well, much like a full body version of Iji. Those struck by the wave will feel as if they were a wall-like railgun projectile, shattering their bones and pummeling their internal organs if not killing those caught within its range. When released, the destructive radius of this technique is roughly fifty meters.
This technique is the principle form of using one's power through sudden exertions of the generally unused muscles of the body, though it lacks any control or focus. It is simply used to clear an area using tremendous power, regardless of whether or not ones allies are within the lethal zone along with the opponents.

Description: The user will flex a great number of muscles in their body at once, like a heavily compressed spring. The flex doesn't have to be drawn out, and is often incredibly minute; the body just seems to twitch slightly, though this is typically seen only by those with highly honed eyes. Then, with a full swinging punch, kick, headbutt, etc., the muscles release their compaction the moment impact is made. Through a specific chain of releasing muscles throughout the body, the order starting from the part of the body opposite of the attacking limb, the kinetic force of each monstrous muscle springing will travel through the area used to attack with.
The force delivered behind the attack will be several hundred times more powerful than it could have been alone. A strike like this has been used to send creatures that shadow a village in scale flying almost a kilometer away before rendering them dead. Even if the strike fails to connect to its target, a shock wave generated from the attempt of the attack can be launched as far as thirty meters, strong enough to pulverize some of the strongest of defenses such as diamond. If any normal person were to be struck by this technique, they would die before they feel any pain.
This attack is the Kenkonken's teaching of focus incarnate. While it bears a great amount of power, without any aim, it would be meaningless. However, being that the technique is limited to a single attack, missing an opponent with this will be rather costly to its user in terms of energy. In that case, it lacks control. This jutsu is often only used when the target is guaranteed to be hit, to ensure its power is observed.

Description: A sister jutsu of Koden no Saiten. The user will flex most of the muscles within their body greatly, though not quite enough to hinder their movements. Their body will become like a tightly coiled spring. Then one simply has to make contact with a target, be it through a slight touch or a strong hold. Released the muscles in a fashion similar to its sibling technique, a massive amount of force will be directed from the user's body into the target, bombarding it both externally and internally. Though not quiet as powerful as the full on strike technique, this technique still delivers enough sheer force behind it to turn a three story building of steel into dust. A person affected by this technique will seem to bleed from multiple orifices at once as their insides are demolished. Even giant creatures can be rendered incapacitated by this attack.
This rather soft style of attack is the Kenkonken's highest peak of control. It lacks the power of its sibling techniques, and can only be used effectively against living things. The strongest of defenses can't be broken by this, though their structural integrity will be hampered, leaving such an attack only for one's opponent.

Description: Once the user has shown mastery of the three preceding techniques, they are capable of performing what is considered the ultimate fighting state of the Kenkonken. They apply a balanced usage of the style's three teachings by constantly rippling the muscles in their body. This creates a bounding mass of force moving throughout the user's body. Each and every muscle exertion will be one hundred times more potent than before, causing what would be normally soft movements to be explosive. A simple step will turn the user into a living projectile traveling over a hundred meters in the time frame of a blink. The power behind each of the user's simplest of attack will be enough to destroy what they only could with the strongest of their strikes before. This is the true bearer of the Kenkonken's title of chakra-less chakra enhanced strength, as the user grows several times stronger than they ever could have been before. The power, control, and focus behind this technique is lack luster when compared to the previous techniques; it is more so a jack of all trades, but master of none. However, the benefits from using this style of fighting more than make up for its lack in each field.
However, constant usage of the full body is incredibly tiring, and can usually be held out for a minute's time. Afterwards, the muscles will be so overworked that if they haven't torn, their potential for generating power will be severely fractioned. Their body will move at a slower speed and generate less strength, at least half of what they normally could pull off with their actions. Only a true day's worth of rest will bring the user back to full strength. This technique can be used over and over again, generating the same results as if using it from full strength, but each time the body will become weaker and weaker by the same degree each time, not to mention the heavy drain on stamina could actually kill the user if they push themselves too hard.
