The deal has been sealed. It's finally official. Kumogakure and Iwagakure were now allies, though never publicly announced. Was this a regret on Mayu's end? To her, not at all. She had ways of getting herself out of sticky situations if all else goes wrong. For now, the slate is clean and marks were yet to be made. Despite this alliance, trust was still an issue between the Raikage and Tsuchikage and a toy to be played around with. It was an interesting scenario, but wasn't the main focus of Mayu's current intentions.
Not too long ago did Mayu scheduled an appointment to meet the Kazekage. Kyojin Jurojin was his name. She doesn't know much about the man, other than his position in the village. That, however, didn't stop her from creating some plans she'd hope would go into action. She scheduled to meet with the Kazekage (in private) was only one thing:
An alliance.
Iwagakure had Kumogakure as an alliance, and now Kumogakure needed an alliance of its own, or at least aid the two villages as the initial stage. However, the alliance between Kumo and Iwa was yet to be announced, so it wasa perfect time to introduce an alliance of Mayu's own without the mention of Iwagakure, or at least not when she meets the Kazekage at first.
Mayu was already outside of the Kazekage's office's door. She had a few of the village's guards guide her through the area and of course showing her the way. One of the guards already knocked on the door, requesting permission to enter in and announced the Raikage's arrival. CODED BY ELECTRIC |

 @tagKyojin had been planning for the meeting with the Raikage that would possibly affect both villages depending on the positions they took. It was true that Sunagakure wasn't currently allied with anyone and given Kyojin's position on things he would pick the most suitable option regardless of the outcome. He sat at his desk twirling his kunai around while talking to his Assistant and ANBU Captain.
They offered valued input giving the Kazekage different point of views to which he took in both the good and bad with each suggestion. Knocks were at his office door as he motioned for his Assistant to open it. Immediately after the door opened his Assistant stood to the side welcoming the beautiful Raikage in.
Kyojin stood up signaling for both his Captain and Assistant to leave them be. Kyojin made his way over to the Raikage greeting her politely. "Welcome Raikage Mayu, hope your journey here was pleasant." Kyojin offered her a seat as he closed the door to his office as his Captain stood guard.
It was the first time he had met the Raikage, but had much about her. Some which made him curious about her. He would save that for another time and place when business wasn't being discussed. made by wizz |

As the door opened, Mayu was given a sneak peak of the Kazekage's office before seeing the man himself. As sh stepped into the office, the woman first turned her head to the assistant who opened the door and gave it a bow as a sign of gratitude with a small smile. It was until she then faced the Kazekage did her smile widen slightly.
"Thank you, Lord Kazekage. The trip could've been better, but I have no one to blame in all honesty." She chuckled. Mayu walked to the seat pulled out for her by the Kazekage, proceeding to sit afterwards. She looked around the office, taking note of how spacious it was compared to her own office, and for the sake of it, the Tsuchikage's as well. "My, your office is large. I'm a little jealous, to be honest." She joked.
Mayu then fixed her gaze back to the man, her smile slightly weakening to appear a little more serious and prepping to get into business. "Right, let's get into business shall we?" She said. "Now, I'm sure that you're well aware of the feud between Kusagakure, Iwagakure, and Konohagakure. It's not exactly visible enough for anyone else to notice, but the damage already done speaks for itself." She explained, referring to the assassination of the former Tsuchikage.
She'd pause for a moment for the Kazekage to confirm that he has some knowledge of the feud. If not, then she was more than glad to inform him on what's going on. CODED BY ELECTRIC |

@tag Kyojin watched as she was seated before making his way to his own chair behind the desk. Kyojin seemingly was a strange individual to alot as he sat there covered in his bandage wraps.
"Yes we aren't to blame because of the actions of others. After all each us can only truly live if we follow our hearts desire. What is your hearts desire Raikage?" Before allowing her he continued to carry on in a polite and soft-spoken tone.
"I have those that can manipulate sand to thank for this large office. Although not masters minor manipulation is easy enough for them." Kyojin started to slightly rub a small sand statue of a demon that was located in the center of his desk.
He paused for a moment looking up at the Raikage, "Yes I am well aware which is why I'm glad you've made this trip. Although we aren't directly involved we are involved no matter how we want to look at it. It's all about choosing the correct allies during times like this, wouldn't you agree?" Kyojin looked into her piercing eyes as him he was looking into her soul as he awaited her response.

Mayu couldn't help but raise a brow as the Kazekage questioned what did her heart desire, followed by a friendly chuckle afterwards. "What my heart desires is to get some business done." She responded as she rested her elbows onto the table. An odd question, but Mayu didn't pay much attention to it.
On the topic of business, this is where it would begin. "But of course, Lord Kazekage. However, 'correct' would be subjective, don't you think? You won't be too sure on how 'correct' your choice on aligning with a certain village. War is slowly arising and other kages are willing to do whatever it takes to advance their own villages." She explained before leaving a brief pause. Mayu went onto folding her hands and flattening down on the table before she resumed.
"Which is why I think we should allies. You seem to be someone who's more... 'neutral' with what's going on, even if we've just me. Though, that doesn't stop me from sensing it." Mayu said as she proposed an offer. "I know this seems sudden, but I'd not take chances of my village suddenly getting raided by other villages who could use this potential war as an opportunity to attack other villages. I could also say the same for you too."

@tag Kyojin smirked at her reply about her hearts desire expecting nothing less of the Raikage. Several points she spoke on we're very true. Although he tried to keep the village as neutral as possible those villages directly involved would either consider them an ally if they joined forces or a potential threat that could side with another village. Ultimately Sunagakure would be involved whether they wanted to be or not.
“You are correct on everything you just said Raikage and with no previous bad history with your village becoming an ally would be an honor. Especially if it increases the chances of my village not being completely destroyed during this war.” He started to rub the statue on his desk once more as he pondered in thought.
“Who else has Kumo allied with this far? It might be possible that Sunagakure can also gain them as a trusted ally depending on their standing in this future war.” Although Kyojin was happy to join forces with Kumo depending on who they allied with could cause major harm to Sunagakure especially if they were apart of the previous conflict.
“Also before you leave today I have a special gift for you as well. It is something that can aide each of us in battle during dire times when brute force is needed.” Kyojin would await for the Raikage’s answer before revealing his gift.

"But of course, we can't be with a village who's known to be crooked and backstabbing." Mayu said with a smile. She held in a chuckle that could've appeared while she talked. She knew damn well Iwagakure was in a state of chaos, but she wouldn't blame it on the current Tsuchikage. After all, that's why she decided to join forces with her village. To help her out from the hell hole and teach her Mayu's own ways.
Mayu tilted her head as she took a deep breath, following by a heavy sigh. "No one else as of yet." She responded. "But I'm hoping to travel to Kirigakure and offer them us as allies. It's better to stay strong with more people by your side, after all. If they reject, then we'd still have each other." She paused for a moment as an idea sparked in her head, smirking in the process. However, she'll save that thought for later.
"A gift? Well I'm not really one to take gifts, but I won't mind seeing what it is. Mayu said with a smile. CODED BY ELECTRIC |

@tag Kyojin started to feel slightly suspicious about the Raikage with her smiling and smirking but he couldn't put his finger on what it was. He did agree he needed allies in case this conflict did involve Sunagakure. Kiri was also a good choice along with Kumo since he had no known issues with them.
“Well I must agree that this should benefit both villages and with the addition of Kiri we should be one of the strongest of allies. Possibly if he can side with the lesser of the three evils we might be able to have a fourth.” This claim meant Kyojin needed to venture out and speak with the hostile villages Kage. It seemed this was unavoidable.
“How about I venture with you to Kiri alongside you. I don't see any threats I pose to them and it just might make your travels slightly more enjoyable.” Kyojin smiled as he stood up reaching into his desk drawer. As for the gift it is a seal that enhances a shinobi's strength. Although each seal is restricted to a certain element, I call them the Body of the Sand. Although they aren't made of sand it's a seal that originated from Sunagakure and created by yours truly.”
Kyojin removed four seals from the drawer placing them on his desk. “In times of war drastic measures are needed to prevent major village crises. This seal not only increases the shinobi strength but causes them to go berserk attacking friend and ally. Primarily you use these only when absolutely needed. Would you care to have one for a shinobi of your village, or even a criminal?”
Kyojin paused for a moment thinking of other possible war tools he could come up with. None crossed his mind at the moment, but once he was alone it'd be no problem coming up with some useful jutsu or seals.

"Lesser of the three evils, you say?" Mayu questioned as interest mixed with amusement piqued in her voice. "I have a feeling I know who is the least evil of them all." She cooed. Of course Mayu knew who it was, since it was the same kage that tried to reverse her father's mistakes. She wasn't going to spill the tea just yet. She'll wait until she spoke to the Mizukage about her plans.
On the topic of the Mizukage, the Kazekage offered to tag along. While Mayu preferred to go alone, she had no problem having company by her side. "Why, of course. That's one more person I can have to help convince the Mizukage of our plans." She laughed.
The Kazekage then went to his drawer to pull out four seals, much to pique more of her interest which were able to increase strength. "As much as I am touched by the offer, I'll have to decline. I have other ways of increasing strength without possibly killing an ally. Thank you, though." Mayu smiled. The offer did sound great, but she'd rather not go berserk.
"But if you want, I'm more than welcomed to hear about other items you have to offer. It's okay if you don't."
