Chakra Nature: The item doesn’t have its own chakra nature, it is infused with that of its user, Miyu.
Appearance: Shimmery silk-like fabric made of flame retardant high-wet-modulus rayon fibers and chakra reactive silk fibers that is able to be dyed, sewn and turned into clothing of any shape or size. The fabric is woven with thin chakra reactive shinobi wire, allowing the material to be used as a weapon via both the silk and the hidden wires.
Description: The fabric is made by weaving the rayon/silk mixture with thin chakra reactive shinobi wires, allowing Miyu to infuse them with her own chakra or chakra affinities. She is able to change the fabric at her will using various jutsu abilities by manipulating both the cloth and the wires within; she can use her chakra affinities through the cloth or wires within her clothes if she desires to. Due to the nature of the rayon fibers themselves and the chakra reactive silk, it is both flame retardant up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit and water resistant until it starts to pour.

Place any requirements if there is any if not remove the writing left behind but in this weapons case, other jutsu would be required. Next gonna say no to water and flame resistance instead pick one of them and it's only as strong as the weapons rank so A would be the limit also put a temperature it can withstand because flame-resistant does say much.

Added the temperature and the requirements of the jutsu; I wanted to ask on water resistance because it's only resistant until it starts pouring rain, like a coat. Would that be alright or no water resistance at all?
