This allows her to perform any wind jutsu that require hand seals freely. In other words, she wouldn't have to use hand seals to perform certain wind jutsu. However this does not increase damage of wind jutsu nor add any special effects to it, but rather give her freedom to control as much wind as she could without the restriction of using hand seals as activation. The jutsu would last for about twenty-five posts before it would deactivate.
Drawbacks: Since this jutsu requires a lot of wind chakra to use for this jutsu, this would require a cooldown of twenty posts before Yuri can use this technique again. When this jutsu is deactivated, she isn't able to access jutsu that rely on this one. Her jutsu is also still weak against any fire jutsu.
