APPEARANCE
Hoshi has dark brown hair that halfway past her shoulders often stylized in either twin ponytails or left alone, however, she has it in other styles as well. She has bright blue eyes with a light complexion. She stands at five feet and four inches and weighs a little under one hundred and twenty pounds with a thin shape. Hoshi's cheeks are seen with very visible blush whenever she feels extremely annoyed, frustrated, or flustered. For her outfit, it varies due to her status of being a Yotsuki clan member. She does, however, appear to look wealthy and elegant. Hoshi's appearance, overall from her view, is to be expected as such.
PERSONALITY
Hoshi was raised in a traditional household, so it's expected of her to have such classy and chic mannerisms with a hint of being spoiled given that she's from a wealthy and noble clan of Kumogakure. Or at least the only noble clan in Kumogakure, to be more specific. Her voice is filled with elegance and looks are covered in charm and innocence. It's what her parents expected, and she was one to attempt and satisfy her parents without having consideration of what she wanted. Hoshi is a bit spoiled when it comes to flaunting her wealth and showing off her status as a clan member of Yotsuki. It's not often she would act spoiled, but she does like to use it as a way to cite her work and such. Hoshi does often act stiff when it comes to conversing with people who aren't in the same class bracket. She felt as if she were talking to lowly peasants in that matter.
Though, tradition began to disappear as she grew into her teen years (about fifteen turning sixteen). She realized what she was doing and how horrible she acted. Showing off obnoxiously, making fun of the poor, and what was worst was that her parents allowed such a behavior. It almost made Hoshi want to throw up. Because of that, Hoshi became more relaxed and easygoing compared to her immature past self. However, she still kept her mannerisms. While she still acknowledges her heritage, she doesn't use it as an excuse as much as she used to. Hoshi has grown herself into a more mature and reserved woman who knows when to step over the line when needed or to stay in her lane.
Hoshi is an extremely intelligent young woman who's specialized in medical ninjutsu. While being very effective in combat, she believes her fate rests in the village's clinic and aiding the weak and injured. She's an extremely nurturing, a trait that's sealed inside of her since she comes from a traditional household. She also sees herself as a counselor, helping people who suffer from mental illness and is willing to help them recover in some way. It felt like a calling for her to work in the village's hospital and is able to contribute without people mocking and envying her status. Although, her education may have an affect on this. She'd often mock people because of this.
One of her other main traits is being an outspoken and persistent person. Trying to put people in their place and correcting others is a past time for her. Hoshi is one to stick up for others, but at the same time she isn't afraid to call someone out if necessary. She's no stranger to having a big mouth. Of course she can lie here and there for others, but there comes a price for that depending who she's suppose to cover. Being down to earth is something Hoshi is partly known for. She believes in justice when needed. Hoshi is open minded, but she can still hold some prejudice against certain people.

HISTORY
To be born in the only noble clan within the village was both a blessing and a curse. It was blessing in a sense that a child was born into a family with wealth and nobility. It was also a curse that the child would suffer from the majority of the public's opinion of the clan being spoiled and uptight, along with developing spoiled traits. To say that Hoshi wasn't spoiled would be an understatement. She had a journey from being a privileged, spoiled rich brat to a slightly less spoiled rich brat who grew out of her obnoxious nature and has matured ever since.
Hoshi was born into a traditional household who held conservative views with a brother named Hiroshi, who was five years older than her. She was the niece of the Shodaime Raikage, Kaito Yotsuki and the ANBU Captain, Yusuke Yotsuke. While the clan itself didn't hold tradition in terms of how a family should be, Hoshi's family were one of the clear examples. Hoshi was set to become a housewife while Hiroshi was set to become an ANBU operative, both also wired into getting married and having kids. Hoshi was raised to become a proper lady while while Hiroshi was set to become a "real" man to support his family.
Now Hoshi wasn't able to attend the academy unlike her brother. She mostly stuck at home receiving lessons from her mother on being a proper lady. Being taught at a young age, Hoshi was able to catch on quickly. However, the idea of being a proper lady didn't stuck on to the leader girl for too long once she learned what her brother does compared to what she was doing. Sure, she could keep her "femininity" that her mother wanted from her daughter, but Hoshi wanted to live though the experience of becoming a kunoichi and serving her village to the best of her ability.
As the idea of being a kunoichi didn't strike well to her parents, she was able to eventually convince them into letting her attend the academy. Hoshi had many goals and ambitions to achieve when she grows up. She wanted to become an ANBU operative just like her brother, but the dream was later replaced with the idea of becoming a medical-nin. Hoshi was naturally nurturing like her mother, so it would make sense for her to go for something that suits her nature. However, she wanted to become a medical-nin who could be effective in battles.
While Hoshi attended the academy, she spent most of her life in the books and training on her own to become stronger both physically and mentally. There was some slight favoritism shown to the young girl since she was Yotsuki blood, advancing her from the rest of her fellow classmates. This did cause Hoshi to boast about her success as being a Yotsuki clan member, much to their classmates' displeasure with Hoshi's hardheadedness and obnoxious behavior. However, Hoshi didn't care much about the issue until she grew older.
When Hoshi became a genin, she reflected on her past self and realized how much of a nuisance she was. She managed to look pass her privileged lifestyle and try to find her own identity other than being a rich kid from the only noble clan within the village. However, it wasn't exactly much to win the hearts of her fellow teammates, but it took a while for her to actually get them to at least tolerate her existence. Later on, she eventually gained their trust and became the brain of the group.
Becoming a chunin after the exams, Hoshi began visiting one of her uncles, Kaito. She wanted to know what it was like being the Raikage, how politics, work, etc. During her visits, she invested herself in the world of politics and dove deeper into how it ran Kumogakure along with learning more about her clan's history. She became more aware of what goes on in not only in her clan, but also alongside her village itself (and possibly getting information on other villages if she has the right connections, though that can be highly unlikely unless rumors spread about).
Tragedy hit the clan when Kaito was supposedly murdered by his brother, Yusuke, alongside an ANBU member getting injured in the process. While the majority of the clan mourned for their leader and Raikage and demanded Yusuke's family to also be executed out of the respect of their clan name. Hoshi, on the other hand, never really had a close bond with either Kaito or Yusuke, so she couldn't say she had much sympathy. However, rumors did get around the village that the ANBU member, Mayu Hosazu who became the Nidaime Raikage, actually killed Kaito and framed it on Yusuke. Some may believe the rumor, others thought it was outright crazy, while Hoshi was essentially stuck in the middle.
By the time Hoshi became a special jounin, she officially became a medical-nin and now works in the village's hospital to mainly treat others with their wounds or assist psychological needs to the best of her ability.
RP SAMPLE
Emiri stood only a few meters away from her father as both hands curled into fists. She could only already feel the light drizzle from the grim clouds landing on her. Determination, hunger for power and the need for victory pulsed all over her body as she stared at her father. Today was the day, she'd thought. Today was the day for her to prove her worth to her father as a "taijutsu master". For years she's been looked down and neglected by her father. It was time for her to finally expose what she's worth and how much power she truly holds.
"So, little Emi thinks she can take down a master such as myself." The man taunted to his daughter. No words exchanged from the blonde girl. Her father scoffed and let out a soft chuckle to shrug off the silence. "Alright kid," he began as he got into his battle stance. "Let's see what you got." He announced, commencing the battle and letting Emiri make the first move.
"You're not only going to see what I got. You're also going to feel it." Emiri called back. Those were her last words before electric sparks began to appear around the girl. After that, the sparks transformed into a flow electricity, followed by blue chakra surrounding the woman. Her hair began to slightly spike up as more electricity flowed around her and the aura of her blue chakra becoming larger. She could already see the astonishment in her father's face as he was witnessing her transformation.
As soon as her transformation was completed, Emiri charged at her father in just blink of an eye with her right fist drawn back and ready to release. As she was in front of her father in a matter of seconds, she launched her fist directly at her father's face with swift speed. Fortunately for him, he was able to catch her fist with both hands. However, he felt the impact surge all around his arms, giving him a massive uncomfortable sensation. He grimaced as he felt himself struggling while holding Emiri's fist.
Emiri's strength was heightened enough for her to easily pull her father in while he grabbed onto her fist. Lifting him up in the air, the girl flung her arm out to her as her father's grip on her fist was forcibly released. The man was sent flying across the field in a matter of seconds. He managed to control his flight and level himself onto his feet. Just when he did that, Emiri appeared right in front of her father before his eyes and sent a high sweep kick to his face. The heel of her foot connected to the man's jaw as he felt immense strength traveling into it, as if it were broken. Emiri would then grab him by the scruff and attempted to punch him in the face for a second time.
Her father managed to get out of her grasp as he jumped back. Emiri followed along, having another grip attached to his shirt. Repeating what she did before, she lifted him up in the air and this time, began to rag doll him. She would slam the man all over the ground as much as she good before jumping in the air, this time both arms covering his chest as they began to spiral to the ground head first. As the man struggled to break free from Emiri's grasp, it would already be too late as he felt the impact of his head hitting against the ground and the sound of his neck cracking.
