incorrigible.
Akira flicked his blade outward - blood spilled from it, clearing it the best he could. He drew it across his own body, the tip nearly pressing into the scabbard - glancing past the wood. He pushed it down to the blade, past the Koiguchi and Sageo, then withdrew it and in one swift motion, into the scabbard. It was known as the 'Noto' - a traditional form of returning the sword to its scabbard. Respect to his kills, and he bowed. His clothing was neutral: green and browns. There was a headband on his shoulder.
The mission was complete. Across him, three pools of blood in separate spots in his periphery. He squinted, and then gasped a little - drawing an intake of breath. He pressed against his face. 'Close one.' Akira felt the sting of his fingertips against a cut on his face that was bleeding. It was only two inches or so below his eye. That would have put quite the binder in things. He discarded some of his own outer clothing that had also been burned during the battle - items that he could no longer use, and place them in one of the external metal firepit that was already burning and they too would set alight. It would do well to remove any unnecessary presence here: not that it was required that he hid his presence, it was better that nobody could attribute the murders to Iwagakure.
This wasn't a political mission, or one of great intrigue, but someone who wanted someone else murdered, one which Akira was able to make happen. The only caveat is that they weren't explicitly bad people. Enablers, but not willing participants in what allowed the misgivings to happen.
Did he grant them true burials, or throw their corpses into the fire as well? Akira wasn't a petty thief, he had all he needed in his home of Iwagakure and felt no need to go through a (former) Noble's house for treasure. He pondered, staring at them for a few seconds. He had completed what he came here for.
So...
The respectful thing to do was to leave them be, so Akira did line them up - one next to another. He had at least been good enough to not do any ugly cuts, at the least. No decapitations, no gory things: just straight lethality; one pierced through the heart, one through the thigh (and blood loss ensued) and the last the throat. It was hard to feel anything about these things when they happened. Just business in this world. He gave a glance to the building in front of him, looking somewhat ransacked - ground scorched where a Raiton technique had been aimed at him, not to the same affect of a Katon technique, mind.
