PERSONALITY
Jin's most noticeable characteristics is the kind, calm, cool, and collected manner in which he carries himself. He tends to speak in a very composed manner, even in dire situations, and rarely acts without thinking. However, he is not afraid to show his emotions when the moment calls for it and is entirely capable of crying or losing his temper. This is because he is actually a very insightful and caring individual.
Jin is very much so an arrogant person because of the clan he comes from, and will often look down on others because if it. Because of this he could underestimate others, and won't acknowledge someone until they prove themselves in his eyes.

Heightened Reflexes
Jin's training in his family techniques has developed his reflexes greatly. He is able to automatically respond to several stimuli, both on and off the battlefield. He can react to an opponents own techniques very effectively, and make swift movements with little to no thought.

HISTORY
BIRTH
Jin's father was the Hyuga heir in a time where the war was ending. The family had already helped found Konoha, and the other nations were forming as a result. The young heir met a woman who moved into the village and despite already having a betrothed, he fell for the woman's charm and had Jin. The family was livid, and Jin was known as the bastard of the Hyuga. The only reason they still claimed him was because he possessed the clan's kekkai genkai.
CHILDHOOD
Jin was four years old when his younger brother was born. His father had just become clan head, but despite being the first born his brother had become the heir. No one would accept him as the future of the clan, and so when he was eight, Jin started at the academy and lashed out through not using any of his clan's techniques. Still he managed to graduate from the academy just as his brother was entering. He resented the clan but never resented his brother. The boy was sickly, yet had so much responsibility on his shoulders.
GENIN
Jin began going on missions but continued to refuse his clan's techniques. Because of it, he wasn't fully utilizing his potential. He failed his chunin exams at thirteen, and his genin career became longer and longer. It was then that he started practicing juken in secret. When he was fourteen, his brother died from his sickness. and without any other option the clan turned to him to be the next heir. His secret sessions were replaced by his father's own training, as they now wouldn't take no for an answer. The man was surprised to see that he'd known as much as he did because of how he outwardly shunned the technique. For the past three years Jin has been honing his skills without stifling himself. He is now ready to become strong so that he can become a clan head that changed things unlike his father.
RP SAMPLE
Neal chuckled in relief at the realization that he didn't have to grow out so much hair. His hair was something he took pride in, though he wouldn't admit that to anyone. But overall everything sounded great to him. The fact that he could get a suit that was malleable to withstand many of the powers and transformations he could manifest was exciting. The fact that it would take a while wasn't a big deal to the hero student. In fact if it had been done too quickly, then he may have been a little skeptical. "I get it," he smiled. "You can't rush perfection."
He couldn't wait to test it though! Kevlar was the bulletproof stuff right? When he really thought about it, there was a lot more to making suits and gadgets than one would think. So many materials to choose from and different processes in which to make them. He could see why some students dreamed of doing stuff like this. Who knew, maybe in another life he could have been manufacturing support gear.
It was fun to see how excited Amelia got at the mention of her inventions. A controller for the trash panda she mentioned earlier. It was like it could be played like a video game. Neal wasn't a stranger to remote control cars but he was sure hers was so much more fun. And then she pulled out her actual spy watch, and when she mentioned the darts breaking concrete he covered his face. "Okay that's cool," he said nervously.
She whistled and what Neal could have sworn was a monkey responded and started cleaning up on her order. It was so cool in here! "I really appreciate you meeting me and explaining all this cool stuff," he smiled. "If you ever need someone to help test out your stuff, I'd be down."
