APPEARANCE

Asahi stands at around six feet-three inches tall and weighs in at one hundred and seventy-five pounds. Asahi has a pale skin color, due to his ninja attire which services as armor from the environment and foes alike. He has his ninja tool belt firmly around his waist, to access all his tools with ease.

His face, like some people in the Shinobi world, is smooth and has elongated oval shape. His chin, quite pointed is narrow compared to most people, and because of this, around his chin is a firm jaw line. In the center of Asahi' face is his nose, which is short and thin. Asahi' eyes have always looked quite innocent while at the same time retaining their passion and fire to be the best he can be. Both of his eyes have the usual fibrous tunic while his pupils are golden hazel. Above his eyes are of course his eyebrows which are thick and finely shaped.

Like some men of the shinobi world, Asahi' hair slants off in all directions with its dark black color. To be precise, his hair looks more like strands extending from the scope of his head to the side of his cheeks and the base of his neck, with most of his hair atop of his head. However, despite its wild growing pattern it is always keep in a sharp, nice, and clean manner. If you were to see Asahi you would notice that he has no facial hair giving him that young boy look, regardless of his age.

Moving away from the facial features Asahi has, leads us to his muscle definition and all of its surroundings. Starting off at his shoulders, if seen you will notice that they are fairly broad and wide. His chest is also very slender allowing him to retain his nice figure and his eight pack. His arms are also muscular due to the vast amount of training he had to endure, of his own misguided lack of trust in peace being forever. Weirdly enough, inspite of his physical training he keeps a slim athletic frame which add to his ability to attain a speed far beyond the level of most Jounin.

PERSONALITY

Asahi, as expected of the current head of a noble clan and the Hokage, has an intense sense of duty to his clan and village. As a man that walks a fine line between traditions and living a no limits lifestyle, he looks to find a balance between the past and the future. He grew up on the stories of his ancestors and how they helped to build the life that he was accustomed too. His father was persistence in that he begins his training as the heir and ninja life since the day he was able to walk and speak. However, life has taught him that the past helps to build the foundation, but that intelligence will help to build the walls. Asahi is a man that is values a balance lifestyle in all things, not being obsessed with a far right or left mindset. He seeks to be the bridge between the old and new in his role as the Hokage while maintain the delicate peace they have while trying to avoid war. He knows how to handle things and is pretty understanding of anything but that may not mean he will support it as he is a strong believer that the right thing must be done, even at the expense of the laws in order to reach a much higher ideal of peace.

Assuming the role of the Hokage he has learned the importance of being a person of action, power, and authority. He has forced himself to be more directly involved in the affairs of the village. As a leader he has faith in those who surround him and report to him, but he sometimes lacks full faith in others outside of his inner circle. Asahi can be quite the manipulator with his words and actions that others cannot tell when he is using them for a greater cause in his strategy and plans. With this strong skill of persuasion, he has developed a deep-rooted lack of trust in anyone, for fear that it could lead to a betrayal that would cost them dearly. He shows them honor but to gain his respect and trust is a perplexing task, which only few have done thus far.

However, as a child his life was not one of rainbows and sunshine. He was training with his father and brother when he was taught to never show weakness and to always protect those whom you love and care for. Weakness and failure were frowned upon by his father and it was the cornerstone to his drive of seeking perfection, at any means necessary. With his families teaching the young heir learned to pride himself in upholding the way of the shinobi way and the image of the clan. Many people who know of his families’ history and the blood that fills his veins saw he was not the fiery hot head, as his twin brother, but he was a cool, calm, confident, and always under control of his situations and surrounding, even if it may not appear as if he is.

Asahi has inherited the passions of his father to seek perfection and excel above all others. With a mind that is like his fathers it is always racing with a hunger for more knowledge so that he can be the perfect son and heir, since his brother has passed on from this world. Once he has mind set on something he will do anything to master it, to gain it, or to understand it no matter what the cost may be, unless it will cost him his life or the life of those he sworn to protect. A mind that is always running and racing and his drive for mastery has given him much earned respect with his peers and other members within the world, being recognized as one of most powerful ninja of this age.

He is a man that can hold his ego being a man of long-lasting patience, which is evident in his battle style and his leadership style. He will seek to first observe and gather intel before making a move. He has seen, firsthand, how destructive it can be when ones go into anything blind. With his brother’s death he has taken a personal vow to never be caught off guard again, if for the sole sake of being able to ensure the safety of those within his care. With his patience he has learned to be silent and allowing others to serve as decoy to ensure he has the info he needs to strike.

As the second born he felt more of the responsibility of watching out for his older brother, who was reckless and physical focused. As a result of this self-imposed responsibility, he tended to shy away from loud confrontations. Thus, when he speaks his voice is a soft-spoken intellectual one that hints at his elevated level of intelligence and great deal of foresight in both life and combat. Asahi is known to be a thinker, often times overthinking, of how today’s decision will affect tomorrow, but more so how his clan and village will be impacted by his choices. He takes most situations serious unless it has proven to be something he classifies as nonsense.

In combat, his strategic mind works faster than the rest of his body and gives him great advantages in battles against peoples who rush into battle. Asahi thinks ninety percent of the time by analyzing the situation carefully, and always thinking ahead so that he does not end up doing something rash or stupid that could cost someone their life. He believes every move should be done to force his opponent into a position favorable to Asahi, or to make a mistake. A defense or attack for the sake of defense or attack, is a waste of action and energy. However, contrary to that thought process, Asahi’s actions are ten percent improvisation; his training with his clansman and sensei taught him the value of thinking on his feet and to react by gut instinct. While Asahi does not use that method as much as others does, it comes in handy every now and again.

Kekkei Genkai | Mangekyo Sharingan

Asahi Uchiha is known far and wide as being a great and powerful ninja with many potent abilities. His most infamous ability lies in his prowess and master of the famed kekkei genkai; Sharingan. As with many Uchiha, Asahi is capable of a great many feats with his eyes. He has mastered the very basic abilities being able to use his eyes to copy any technique he sees. His skill is such that he is able to actually perform a technique in time with an opponent. He can see chakra barriers and other objects made of or infused with chakra. Asahi is able to cast the generic sharingan genjutsu and can use the sharingan to counter genjutsu attacks made upon him.

Lastly due to his drive for perfection and the trauma of losing his twin he has being able to push beyond his limits and awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan. With his awaken advanced form his eyes are more precise in being able to follow the movements of some of the quickest ninja in the world. Also, it has allowed him unique abilities, with each eye granting him access to their unique gift.

His right eye has granted him the ability of Anchisāshisu. It is a space and time ability that allows him to reverse any physical damage he receives and transfer that damage to any foe of his choice. The drawback is that he can only transfer up to three blows with a 30 min cooldown before he can use it again.

His left eye grants him master over the five elements that he can summon them in a physical form to aid him in battle into his world or he can transport him and his foe into their world, Godaiseirei.

Chakra Control

Asahi has a higher chakra pool than average and thanks to his dedication to his training he has learned how to gain fully command and mastery over his large chakra. He has mastered his control to the extent that he never wastes being able to prolong and enhance the effectiveness of his abilities. He is able to perform and use more jutsu in battle than the average ninja making his techniques a little more effective. He can manipulate chakra on the smallest cellular level and as a result, advanced and secret jutsu are easier for him to perform.

One-handed Seals
With his mastery of his chakra, he has also been able to push the quickness of his casting. Asahi has been pushing himself to be able to perform faster hand seals to the point he has a strong hold on the basic concept of one-handed seals. However, he finds it most effective with jutsu that don’t require a lot of seals to perform. The more complex the requirements that greater his risk of failure so he will default to two hands when during a heated battle or training being able to perform many of his A and lower ranked Jutus with just one hand.

Immense Chakra Reserves

Born as a member of the Uchiha Clan, who are known for having great chakra abilities, Asahi was blessed with a natural immense Chakra Pool. It seemed that fate knew he would need such a large pool when he was able to discovery an advanced form of the clans Sharingan. Due to his increased chakra pool, he also possesses enhanced durability and endurance which allows him to exhibit more stamina during combat.

Ninjutsu Prodigy
Asahi is a natural born prodigy when it comes to the affinity of all things ninja. He has shown amazing skill in Ninjutsu and mostly in his clans dojusts which has allowed him to get to a level that only few other have ever reached.

HISTORY

Birth Arch

The Uchiha Clan’s home rung with worry and excitement as his father paced back and forth, digging a trench in his home. His beautiful wife was to give birth to his not one but two children. Asahi was fortunate enough to be the second born of twins that day, with just fifteen minutes between them. It was the coldest day of the winter season when cries of the newborn babes filled the air and brining a peace to the worried father. The nurse emerged from the room with the best news the dark-haired man could ever hear, “you have two healthy boys”. As those words struck his ear drums he rushed from his teammate’s sides, Akio Senju and Nko Hyuga, into the room to see his sons. The room begun to quickly fill as the current Elders of the Uchiha Clan had gathered to celebrate the birth and the naming of the children. With the Elders gathering his parents fell silent until the clan had settled down. His name was picked by his mother, Asahi Uchiha, and with pride the young heir would be named after her grandfather. The room feel silent as the clan cleared out leaving the new family to recover. With watery eyes, his father, held his sons as he slowly spoke the boy’s name, Asahi Uchiha.

Asahi had a very normal childhood growing up on his families’ vast lands. He had begun to show feats way beyond his years. The news of Asahi’s rapid growth caught the eyes of the Clan Elders, and they figured it was time to test the boys’ abilities. The word was sent to his father, that his son was being summoned. His father was quite impressed with how quickly his was advancing in knowledge and knowing how he was when he was younger couldn’t help but to be a bit proud of his second-born son. However, his father waited a few months before responding to his grandmother’s request. With time winding down, and no longer able to push back the demands of his grandmother, the young boy and his father had begun a journey to the Uchiha Compound.

It was determined by his grandmother that he was indeed a very special child, seeing the passion of her late husband burning within him. It was discovered that he had a natural affinity for fire, but his grandmother saw something deeper in him. While his father and grandmother spoke, he found a nice shady spot under a tree to relax. With his head plopped down in his hands the brown haired Uchiha clan member drifted off to sleep, not caring for the lessons to come. With the test complete the two-returned home where he lived an unremarkable life, being groomed into the path of a shinobi and to understand the Will of Fire, the core of the Clan purpose and beliefs. In these years of training by his father and grandmother.

Academy Arch

At the tender young age of eight, Asahi was finally old enough to enter the Ninja Academy, something that he was groomed for since birth. His journey to his own personal growth and self-discovery of his dream to be just like his father to be the sword and shield of his family, especially his more outgoing free-spirit twin.

In his first year at the academy, while running late for class, he met a group of peers picking on another kid. This kid was very slim and short, compared to others in his class. He heard them talking about the boy and he was going to ignore it at first, not wanting to be involved with such affairs but something in him forced him to stop and defend the kid. With his quick wit and intelligence, he outsmarted them while encouraging the kid to stand up for himself. With the group of kids now running off he greeted one of his close friends for life, Ensui Nara. The two, since that day, were like two peas in a pod always sticking up for each other, hanging around, and mostly playing Shogi.

Four years later, after learning the basic lessons of being a ninja it was time for them to graduate. It was a very special occasion as the next class of Genin emerged, with Asahi among them. He was one of the best students in class, having passed most or his test. With his new rank he was given his first team. He was to work alongside Ensui Nara and his brother. With the team now formed under the leadership of Jonin Akio Senju, his father's teammate.

Genin Arc

During his Genin years he and his team were assigned to various missions. During this time, the training with his father and brother picked up, moving on from basic training to the more different clan jutsus. Asahi was overzealous too train and improve till, ever hopeful that he would gain the approval of his father, a dream to see his father beaming with pride. One day, at the age of twelve, after a training session with his father, he was asked a very important question. “What do you want to be when you grow up”? The question caught him off guard causing him to fall silent for a few moments before his voice broke free. “I want to be the most powerful Uchiha in history. Even stronger than you and grandfather”. The smile he saw on his father’s face that day was burned in his memory, forever to be a foundation stone on the path he would walk in his life of independence.

The next day his team was given a mission to escort the niece and nephew of the Fire Daimyo. It was to have been a simple mission, like all the ones before, but the air was heavy. The four-man squad departed that morning to the rally point to meet the traveling unit. It took them two hours to reach the spot, but upon the arrival something was off. The camp appeared to have been attacked and the two children kidnapped, with nothing but a ransom note left behind. Asahi moving in haste darted in the direction of the first set of tracks he found only to trigger a set of explosions. As the traps exploded around him something within him burst to life and he found himself being able to dance though the explosive traps, unlocking his clans prized dojutsu the Sharingan. With his newfound power the troupe was able to successfully overpower the Iwagakure ninja that had taken the children and safely deliver them back home. Once he returned him, his father took extra interest in his training, with the hopes of seeing him truly master the eyes. His training would double as both his father and Sensei leader would demand his time.

The three-man team learned the ins and outs of each other’s talents and abilities, becoming one of the most successful teams to work together. Completing their eight missions faster than any other team, even if they were only D-ranked missions. With such great teamwork they found themselves having more free time to train and play Shogi with his best friend. During that time his father, now having assumed a role on the council of Uchiha Elders, presented him with a scroll to help him learn how to use his Sharingan abilities, and it was during this time that he truly came into his own as a prodigy and genius in the kekkei genkai. While studying the scroll of his grandfather he not only learned how to use new attacks but how to be a shinobi. After several months of training with his twin, he had developed a solid understanding of Sharingan. The team than begun to practice on how to use his new abilities in a team setting. At first, they started slowly with their combo attacks but within a six-month time that were soon progressing to more complex strategies, with Asahi being the ace of the trio. At first Asahi failed drastically, but after several times it became almost a second nature to him after being scolded a few times by his father. He was now a son of a council member and there was no room for any ounce of weakness to be seen, for fear of brining shame to his father.

Finally, after all the teams hard work the Chunnin exams approached, and their sensei recommended them up for the exam. However, Akio knew that in the exams it would come down to a single one-on-one battle and to give his sons a leg up he taught them the art of summoning. With his blood he signed the snake summoning scroll and with it his first snake alley, Serpico, a garter snake. It would be two months later that the exams were set to begin and they would have to travel to Kumogakure, who were hosting the exams this year.

Chunnin Arc

With the exams beginning, he approached them with a sense of worry, as he felt so much pressure from handling the task before him. Through the entire exam he performed, being at an average level among his peers. With the first part of the test, a written exam, he was able to cheat without getting caught by the examiners and his team advanced onto the second round. The second exam soon started with them having to capture another scroll and then advance to a tower at the peak of misty mountain. His team soon then advanced to the final round. Within these rounds Asahi found himself facing off against Nubu Kamizuru. He fought a very hard battle and showed his true talent of analytical thinking and his keen insight. Through his exceptional talent and skills, he showed that he was indeed a Uchiha, a master of his blessed eyes. Upon the conclusion of the exams both him and his brother had earned the right to move onward, starting their new journey in their new roles.

Once he was promoted to Chunnin he was given his first assignment, which would shake him to his core being. His father had spoken to the Hokage and felt that he needed to work harder to become a much better leader. To help him with that goal the Hokage assigned him to work with the Academy students as an instructor. He felt it was a waste of his talents having to be stuck in a classroom but as the two years in the position he indeed learned how to lead others, truly exhibiting the will of his grandfather, learning to view each of the clans as an extension of his own family.

After spending the next few years working as an academy instructor and Chuunin Exam proctor, Asahi was assigned to accompany his old team on a critical mission. The three departed with Akio to Iwagakure, in the hopes of assisting in quelling a rebellion that had occurred. However, halfway through the trip Asahi felt a great uneasiness from his former sensei and friends because of their odd behavior. Thinking it was because of the lack of information they had been given, might have put them all on edge, he brushed it off. A mistake he would come to regret. Upon their arrival to the gates, they were ambushed and somehow got separated from one another in the heat of the battle. The battle seemed to have lasted a lifetime but once the dust settled, he found his brother, drenched in blood. He called out to his brother, distracting him, when a Iwa ninja struck his brother down right before his very eyes. His blood boiled, a raging flame of pure that his eyes begun to shift, taking on a new form unlike any that was seen before. They had been tricked into going to Iwa and it seemed war would break out, something that hadn’t been experienced in years. However, the leaf ninjas were able to escape, taking back his brothers’ body to his father. Asahi felt alone and grief stricken, devastated, and paralyzed from the shock of such a lost, and the seed that peace wouldn’t last forever between the five nations was planted. He returned to Konoha to deliver the news of the death to the Hokage and father.

He breached the threshold of his father’s home, he was greeted with few words, only to have it reveal to him that he wasn’t strong enough yet to protect the king and that he should train harder to do so. With those words ringing through his mind, his grandfathers’ memory, and his desire to grow he began to train and take the life of a ninja more seriously. He worked hard in developing his skills as a ninja that he would be able to ensure that when peace was broken, he would be the sword needed to restore it.

Jounin Arc

The Hokage, seeing the impressive talent and skill of Asahi that he asked the young ninja to stand beside him, and continue to protect the village. He was twenty- seven years old when he entered the position of Hokage’s assistance. He not only was his assistance but his mentee and found himself going through the most intense training of his life. He worked hard to prove himself on his missions, working to increase his own strengths while gaining new ones from his experiences. Today he has grown much more than his past years becoming one of the most respectful and feared ninja of the leaf village gaining the nickname “The Phoenix” and he continues to fight to protect the “TRUE KING” of his village. When the time came for the Hokage to retire he was offered the position and he has assumed the role for the past two years. He has been working day in and day out to keep the peace, but he stands forever ready for the day when war would come knocking.

RP SAMPLE

Silence was his sole friend as he walked down the worn roads of the village. The sun was setting and with it leaving behind a heavy burden for the young ninja. He was departing from his ancestral home; the place he was raised since the day he came into this world. His mind and heart couldn’t handle the news he had just been told. His twin brother had fallen ill and had finally succumb to the illness.

I don’t think this day could get any worse.

The streets lights burst alive as he turned upon the next winding road. He walked, as if possessed, with no intent or purpose to life. He was lost, grief stricken, at the lost yet happy that his brother had finally found peace. They had been given a lifespan of mere months, but his brother was a fighter and lasted for five years. With each step he took the knot is his stomach squeezed tighter and tighter until he could no longer hold back the tears. The flood of tears exploded from his green hues, impeding his vision, as the village gates stood before him.

Getting away for a bit will help.

Leaping across the smooth stones he landed atop the roof, frozen between his past and his future. With one foot outside the other inside, he felt torn between what life held for him. To stay would only remind him of the ones he loved and lost. To leave would give him hope of a better future that lied just around the horizon. While his mind pondered on what he should do fate was already making other plans. Inching towards the edge of the roof he was ready…his mind set on his departure. Turning, for one last time, he lifted his eyes across the sleeping village as the stone faces of the past stood as silent guardians, forever watching over his home.

Sorry granddad. I won’t be able to carry on your legacy but maybe one day I will live up to our great name.

Taking a deep breath his foot rose into the air as he dove to the ground below. Just as his shoes dug into the earth a cold gust of wind shot across his face, striking him dead in the nose. “What the hell...”, as he looked to see who or what was nearby. However, it was no person but instead before him was a deer, the king of the jungle. “Are you lost friend?”, his voice cracking, as he moved forward on the path before him.

With each step he felt the heaviness of his decision pressing against his heart. The gates grew smaller to his eyes until they would completely vanish behind the sea of trees. “Well guess there is no turning back now”, he said to the deer as the two walked side by side. It seemed like a lifetime journey, but it was just a fifteen-minute walk to the edge. However, before he crossed the threshold the silence of the night broke as his ears rung with a soft familiar voice that reassured him that he would always have a home here but that now was the time for him to flourish and get from underneath the shadow of his clan.

Thank you for your blessing brother. I will be sure to make you proud every day. I will change the world one day at a time.

The glow of the moon broke through the grey clouds above as he made his departure from his home seeking a new home to become the great ninja he was destined to be. With the pounding of his departure a new sound could be heard as far as the wind would carry it.
