Hoshi is a young man with a pale skin tone, despite living in the desert he seems to not tan well, and all he gets in staying out in the blazing sun of Suna without protection is sun burns. His eyes are a bluish grey in color, and black silken colored hair that reaches below his shoulders but he usually ties it into a small braided tail to keep it manageable. Hoshi stands at five-foot nine-inches, having already hit his growth spurt though he has a feeling he won't be growing much taller, and weighs around one-hundred-twenty-five pounds.

Hoshi usually wears clothes that are easy to move around in, such as tank tops, and gym shorts. He likes to be able to move around easily while doing his duties as a Genin. Though his normal outfit is a sleeveless red button up, with black pants that are held up with a white or black cloth belt, and black rubber soled slip on shoes that taijutsu practitioners wear, but they're comfortable so he likes wearing them. His ninja headband is usually left half hanging out of his pants right pocket to wear it's noticeable to identify that he is a Suna Shinobi.

Hoshi is Ambitious young man who wants to claw his way to the top no matter, the obstacles, he willing to put the hard work into achieve his goals as well. Chummy and always willing to banter with his friends and even his enemies he's not picky sometimes ya' just need someone to banter with in the middle of battle ya' know? Speaking of battle he becomes quite sadistic as if a switch in his brain was suddenly flipped so he tends to be quite brutal all the while snarking away at his opponents, then it just as suddenly turns off as soon as the battle is over. Hoshi has a crude sense of humor and it's not that hard to make him laugh, tell even a bad joke it will still get a small chuckle out of him.

Despite all of his faults and...there is quite a few of them,he is oddly Loyal to his friends. Hoshi also has a compassionate side always willing to help out his friends when they are feeling down, even if it means making an ass out of himself. He's also helping out at his families BBQ restaurant when he's not doing his duties as a Shinobi.

HISTORY

Year 250:
Yoshi Hoshi was born sixteen years ago, by his Father Yamada and his Mother Mao. He was the second of three children that his parents would have. He was also the family's only son, having an older and younger sister. From a young age he would help out around the restaurant such as cleaning tables before and after closing. But even the young Hoshi knew he wanted more in life than work at a barbecue restaurant.

Year 256:
Hoshi at the age of six joined Sunagakure’s Ninja Academy. His parents didn’t argue with him which surprised him, they just said they were proud he wanted to pursue such a challenging career. While he didn’t accel right away his grades in the academy were average. He also had a small group of friends that he hung out with at the academy so at least he wasn’t lonely.

Year 262:
Hoshi Graduated from the Academy at the Age of twelve. His original team he was part of his two teammates far outclassed him. He was left behind in the dust while he was still learning the ropes of being a Genin; those two already left him behind. Though during this time period he learned he had a preclination towards Barrier Ninjutsu. The training to learn these jutsu was worth it though. Though when his two teammates were promoted to Chunin he was transferred to another Genin Team.

Year 266:
Hoshi is now sixteen years old and has been transferred to a fourth Genin team that needed him due to another Genin. Hoshi is tired of being left behind at this point he will become a Chunin and achieve greater heights all for his ambition to get better.

"Hoshi!," a loud shrill voice and loud banging quickly followed. A young man was snoozing away on the hammock that served as the bed in his bedroom. But due to the sudden shock he fell out of the hammock landing on the floor with a loud crash.

"Yeah...yeah I heard you Ma' ya' don't need to yell! Hoshi yelled back at his Mother. Darn his Mother could be a little um...what's the word uh...demanding yeah that's it. He then pushed himself off the floor going over to his window, he pushed it open letting the dry heat of the hot day hit him right in the face. He then slowly marched over to his small dresser pulling out his usual outfit and put it on. After that he opened the door to his room, seeing his Mother hands on her hips trying to look intimidating but it didn't really work with how short she was.

The Short brown haired woman then sighed before she started talking. "Good I never thought you were getting up, I need you to make a delivery to old man Taro that lives at the other side of the Village before you go do whatever you have to do today," his mother basically demanded of him. Hoshi grunted in annoyance, so that's how it's gonna be huh and why can't his sibling do it? He would of asked but he has already been chosen by his mother there was no real use in arguing now and knowing his sibling she found a way to weasel out of it with no consequences.

So Hoshi just nodded and said "Sure, I'm gotta go to the bathroom first so please out of the way," Hoshi said to the older woman. His mother obliged him stepping one step out of the way. Then Hoshi rocketed his way to the bathroom. After doing his morning business, he stepped out the bathroom his hair done and, his teeth brushed. He walked down the stairs to a door then opening it. The smell of mouth watering Barbecued food hit his nostrils, he was now in the family restaurant on the ground floor. He walked into the kitchen area seeing an ornate looking delivery box with a sticky note with Taro's name on the top of it. He then looked over to his father a big burly man with a long beard with a few gray strands in it. "This the leftovers that need to be delivered Pops?"

The restaurant owner looked towards his son "Yep, that's the one be careful with it and don't drop it, old man Taro can't come on foot down here anymore so I always save leftovers for him, I'd usually deliver it but it's busy this morning," he said with a raspy voice that denoted years of smoking. Hoshi sighed picking up the ornate delivery box. Thankfully it wasn't too heavy, or maybe it was heavy and it was just light due to his shinobi training? Eh...not like it matters was time to get it delivered.

"Alright I'm off!" Hoshi said before making his way out the back exit of the Restaurant. As soon as he exited the building though the hot early morning sun of Suna blasted him in the face. Who's bright Idea was it to make a village in the middle of the Desert? It's too hot in the morning and too cold in the evening, like seriously the founders of this village must of had a screw loose. He then used his chakara to walk to the top of the restaurant. Before he started hopping from rooftop to rooftop. This was a way faster way to make a delivery. He made it to the other side of the village in no time. Landing in front of the small shack that old man Taro lived in. He then did a single loud knock on the door. The door then creaked open. An old man with a dark skin tone, and a bald head with a cane answered the door. "Yeah what do you want!?," the old man loudly and grumpily demanded.

"Oh delivery for you Mr. Taro," Hoshi said before handing the man the ornate delivery box. "Ah took you long enough," Mr. Taro said grabbing the delivery from him before slamming the door in his face. Not even paying, Hoshi sighed sometimes ya' just get no respect. Hoshi then began to wander off he made the delivery, now he could slack off until his teams meeting time, eh he'll figure out what to do he had no interest going back home right now so he would just wander around the village until the meet up time.
